GRAIN TO BOTTLEPHILOSOPHY
We celebrate the “Grain to Bottle” philosophy, from the grain to the bottle in the same distillery. It means that we buy the whole grain of barley, macerate it, ferment it, distill it, rest it and bottle it in situ, entirely by us.
We do not take shortcuts. Only those who travel all the way can understand the direct relationship between creating our own alcohol and the final quality, taste and personality of the product
We love the idea of making our own alcohol instead of buying it pre-distilled to industrial spirits – as is usual practice in the industry – because we believe in natural distillation, in copper and in small batches. We create our alcohol 100% local barley from Alava and Navarra, thus obtaining the unique personality and flavor of our land.
