And our principles go through creating 100% natural distillates, handmade, with unique local ingredients from the soil from which they are born and carrying out the whole process in the distillery itself: from the barley grain to the bottle.

Like Iradier and Bulfy in their adventure, we do not take “shortcuts” of any kind, we enjoy all the way to offer you some unique distillates.

"Grain to Bottle" Process

We create our own alcohol through the natural maceration and fermentation of the local barley - as it is done with beer or wine - and then distill. With this we preserve the best flavor, with the sweet and unique point of the barley and the land from which it comes.


Our aromas and flavors come from 100% of aromatic plants, roots, fruits, husks, seeds, berries, etc… we do not use synthetic flavorings or flavors.

We do not add sugar or softeners, usually used in the industry to mask quality defects.

Elaborated in small lots. We use a 300L Arnold Holstein distillation unit. capacity.
